We're a friendly, established one-doctor general dental practice looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our team. We're looking for someone who is confident chairside, organized, dependable, and takes pride in helping the day run smoothly. This is a great fit for an experienced assistant who enjoys taking ownership of the clinical side of the practice and working closely with the doctor and the rest of the team. What you'll be doing: Chairside assisting for a wide range of general dentistry procedures Setting up and breaking down treatment rooms Taking digital X-rays and assisting with charting and clinical documentation Maintaining sterilization and infection-control standards Keeping the clinical schedule and patient flow running smoothly Managing instruments, supplies, and clinical inventory Helping keep the back office organized and prepared for each day Supporting and helping train other clinical team members when needed What we're looking for: 3+ years of dental assisting experience preferred Strong chairside skills and knowledge of general dentistry Comfortable taking digital radiographs Organized and able to stay one step ahead during a busy day Dependable and willing to take ownership of responsibilities Friendly and comfortable communicating with patients Someone who works well with a small team and is willing to pitch in wherever needed What we offer: Competitive hourly pay based on experience Consistent schedule Paid time off Additional benefits A small, supportive team An established one-doctor practice where your role truly matters We want someone who is looking for a practice they can settle into and become an important part of—not just another job.
