Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures. Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays). Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment. Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures. Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies. Manage and coordinate the dental assistant team, including scheduling and training. Help with ortho patients.

Lab Work Requirements:

Proven experience as a dental assistant. Certification or licensure as a dental assistant. Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
