Favia Family Dental is looking for a motivated, compassionate, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our practice full-time. 10:00 AM•6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Tuesday:

10:00 AM•6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Wednesday:

10:00 AM•6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Thursday:

8:00 AM•4:00 PM (1-hour lunch) Responsibilities As a Dental Hygienist at Favia Family Dental, you will: Perform dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planning, and fluoride treatments Take and review digital radiographs Conduct periodontal assessments and charting Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Assist the dentist in diagnosis and treatment planning Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation Follow infection control protocols and OSHA standards Build strong patient relationships that promote long-term oral health Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth and exceptional patient experience Qualifications Active Illinois Dental Hygienist License Current CPR/BLS Certification Strong communication and patient education skills Experience with digital radiography and dental software preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding patient care Benefits Competitive compensation Paid Time Off (PTO) Continuing Education opportunities Supportive and collaborative team environment Professional growth and development opportunities Why Favia Family Dental?
