Dr. Robert DiPilla's dental practice is looking for a dependable, personable, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team as a Floater Hygienist . This is a great opportunity for a hygienist who enjoys working in different office environments, meeting new patients, and being part of a collaborative dental team. The position will involve traveling between our offices in Birmingham, St. Clair Shores, and Detroit, Michigan , based on the needs of the practice. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care and preventive services Perform dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, X-rays, and other services within the scope of practice Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Work closely with Dr. DiPilla, dentists, dental assistants, and office staff Create a welcoming and comfortable experience for every patient Adapt comfortably to different office locations, schedules, and team members What We're Looking For Current Michigan Dental Hygienist license Strong clinical and communication skills Dependable, professional, and organized Comfortable traveling between Birmingham, St. Clair Shores, and Detroit Positive attitude and commitment to excellent patient care Previous dental hygiene experience preferred If you are an experienced hygienist who enjoys variety, values patient relationships, and likes being part of a professional dental team, we'd love to hear from you!
