Qualifications:

We are seeking a candidate who meets the following criteria: Certification from an accredited pediatric dental residency program. An active Arizona Dental License (or willingness to obtain one). Certification in oral conscious sedation. Availability to see patients during scheduled office hours.

Compensation and Benefits:

High Guaranteed Daily Minimum Salary Predominantly fee-for-service or PPO patient demographics. Access to a dedicated, company-sponsored insurance consulting team to secure optimal reimbursement rates. In-house options for moderate conscious sedation and general anesthesia for patient care.
