Part-Time About Us Dr. Grella's dental practice is seeking an experienced and compassionate Endodontist to join our growing team on a part-time, commission-based basis. We are committed to providing exceptional patient care using the latest technology in a welcoming and professional environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an endodontist looking to supplement an existing schedule while working alongside a supportive general dentistry team with a strong patient base. Responsibilities Diagnose and treat diseases and injuries affecting the dental pulp and surrounding tissues. Perform root canal therapy, retreatments, and other endodontic procedures. Evaluate patient radiographs and develop comprehensive treatment plans. Educate patients on treatment options and post-operative care. Collaborate with the general dentist and clinical team to ensure excellent patient outcomes. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records. Follow all OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols. Qualifications Required DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Completion of an accredited Endodontic Residency Program. Active California Dental License in good standing. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as an Endodontist. Excellent communication and patient care skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the dental team. Preferred Experience using digital radiography and CBCT imaging. Strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Compensation Commission-based compensation.
