The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on delivering high-quality treatment in a comfortable environment. This role requires proficiency in various dental procedures, patient assessment, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Perform a wide range of dental procedures including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, and prosthodontics. Execute dental extractions and root canal therapy with precision and care. Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures. Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed, including aseptic techniques. Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to provide optimal patient care. Stay current with advancements in dental technology and practices, including proficiency in software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, and Dentrix. Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care. Experience Proven experience in a dental clinic or office setting is essential. Familiarity with dental terminology and medical terminology is required. Knowledge of anatomy related to dentistry is necessary for effective patient assessment and treatment. Experience with medical imaging techniques is preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff.
