68 per hour | In-person Clear Dental Studio is growing, and we're looking for a skilled Dental Assistant or EFDA to become an important part of our clinical team. We are a modern, comprehensive dental practice with a close-knit team that values excellent patient care, strong communication, efficiency, and supporting one another throughout the day. The Person We Hope to Find Our preference is someone with previous dental assisting or EFDA experience who is comfortable in a busy clinical setting and ready to contribute from the start. However, we are open to new grads with an amazing attitude! What You'll Be Doing This is a hands-on clinical position with exposure to a wide variety of dentistry.

Responsibilities may include:

Chairside assisting for general and advanced dental procedures Preparing treatment rooms, instruments, and materials Assisting with restorative, surgical, endodontic, pediatric, and prosthodontic procedures Performing expanded functions based on training and qualifications Taking diagnostic-quality digital radiographs Digital scanning and working with modern dental technology Maintaining accurate clinical documentation Following sterilization and infection-control protocols Keeping operatories and clinical areas organized and prepared Helping the schedule stay on time and the clinical day flow smoothly Communicating with patients before, during, and after treatment Working closely with the doctor and the rest of the team to provide an exceptional patient experience A Practice Where You Can Keep Growing We don't want someone to simply come in, do the minimum, and clock out.
