Our mission is to provide exceptional, patient-centered oral healthcare in a welcoming and state-of-the-art facility. We are building a dynamic founding team and are looking for a passionate, skilled Orthodontist to grow with us. We offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate either a Full-Time career path or a Part-Time supplemental schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive orthodontic evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for children and adults. Design and implement customized treatment plans. Monitor patient progress, adjustments, and clinical outcomes during routine follow-ups. Collaborate closely with our General Dentists and clinical team to ensure integrated, comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and parents on treatment pathways, oral hygiene, and compliance.

Requirements:

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school. Certificate or Master's degree in Orthodontics from an accredited residency program. Active, unrestricted Dental License in the State of Florida. Current DEA registration and CPR/BLS certification. NPI Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and families.

Language Skills:

Being bilingual or trilingual (English/Spanish and/or Portuguese) is a strong plus to better serve our diverse local community. How to
