Celebrating Smiles is seeking a General Dentist to join our thriving, technology-driven practice in Elgin, Illinois . This is an outstanding opportunity for a clinician who enjoys comprehensive dentistry and is looking to expand their clinical skills in a busy, well-established practice with a strong patient base. Our practice utilizes modern technology, including iTero Scanners, digital radiography, intraoral cameras, and laser dentistry, allowing our providers to diagnose and treat with confidence and efficiency. Our doctors also enjoy working in a Gold LEED-certified facility , built using advanced standards for energy efficiency, sustainability, and enhanced indoor air quality, creating a healthier and more comfortable environment for both patients and team members. The ideal candidate will have experience or a strong interest in expanding their surgical skill set, including dental implants, extractions, and molar endodontics, while delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care. Schedule:
Full-time with up to two Saturdays per month. As the practice continues to grow, additional scheduling flexibility may become available.
Responsibilities:
Examine, diagnose, prescribe, and carry out (or direct others in carrying out) oral health care services that are in the best interest of the patient. Contribute towards a team oriented and collegiate environment by working with other clinical and non-clinical staff members, as necessary. Uphold the policy, protocol, and procedures in compliance with the most current accepted professional standards. Improving your clinical skills and acumen through participation in continuing education and training opportunities (continuing education support is available) Participate in various community outreach initiatives, as necessary.
Qualifications:
DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation. Current, valid state license to practice dentistry (License must be in good standing) or eligible for licensure. Two years of practice experience, is preferred. Other certifications as required by state to include - CPR, DEA, etc. Our commitment to inclusion is woven into the core of who we are. $180,000.00 - $225,000.00 per hour
