We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our busy, established PPO and Medicaid dental practice, which produces more than $1 million annually. Our practice serves patients of all ages and provides comprehensive dental care in a modern, well-equipped environment. We are committed to keeping as much treatment as possible in-house and are looking for a confident clinician who enjoys performing a broad range of procedures. Position Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental care to children, adults, and seniors Diagnose and develop appropriate treatment plans Perform restorative dentistry, crowns and bridges, extractions, root canal therapy, removable prosthodontics, and other general dental procedures Educate patients and clearly explain treatment recommendations Work collaboratively with the clinical and administrative teams Maintain accurate and timely patient records Deliver high-quality care while supporting an efficient and productive schedule Help keep specialty and advanced treatment within the practice whenever clinically appropriate Practice Highlights Established practice producing more than $1 million annually Strong and consistent patient flow PPO and Medicaid patient base Patients of all ages CBCT imaging Digital intraoral scanner Modern clinical technology and equipment Experienced support team Opportunity to perform a wide variety of procedures Long-term growth and potential partnership opportunity Ideal Candidate DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active Illinois dental license in good standing Comfortable treating both adults and children Proficient in multiple areas of general dentistry Experience with molar endodontics, surgical extractions, and other advanced procedures is strongly preferred Motivated, productive, dependable, and committed to excellent patient care Strong communication and treatment-presentation skills Interested in building a long-term professional relationship This is more than a traditional associate position.
