Associate Dentist - Private Practice in Fitchburg, MA We are looking for a personable and motivated Associate Dentist to join our established, family-oriented practice. Our modern, clean office has an excellent team, a welcoming multi-generational patient base, and a strong reputation for providing quality, comprehensive care. This is a great opportunity for a dentist who wants to join a supportive environment, continue growing clinically, and build long-term relationships with patients. We're looking for someone who is comfortable with bread-and-butter dentistry and enjoys providing personalized care to patients.
Your day-to-day may include:
Comprehensive general and restorative dentistry Diagnosis and treatment planning Crowns, fillings, and extractions Patient education and preventive care Developing strong, lasting relationships with patients Collaborating with the dental team and periodontist Endodontic experience would be a plus, but it is not required. Who We're Looking For We are ideally seeking a dentist with 1-3 years of experience who is confident in general dentistry and eager to continue developing their skills. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is personable, professional, and enjoys being part of a family-oriented practice. DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active dental license CPR certification 1-3 years of experience preferred Strong general dentistry skills Excellent communication and patient care skills Team-oriented and professional Newer dentists with the right experience and personality are encouraged to apply A Long-Term Opportunity If you're looking for more than just another associate position, this could be a great fit.
