Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a General Dentist for a mission driven outpatient setting. This is an opportunity to deliver high quality dental care in a supportive environment while maintaining strong work life balance.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Dentist provides preventative, restorative, and emergency dental care to patients in a community based setting. This role includes collaboration with care teams, participation in quality initiatives, and contributing to improved oral health outcomes within the population served.

SCHEDULE 4

day work week 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM schedule No weekends No call requirements

COMPENSATION

Base salary $140,000 to $170,000 depending on experience Annual productivity bonus

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide comprehensive general dentistry services Perform preventative, restorative, and emergency procedures Diagnose and develop treatment plans Educate patients on oral health and preventative care Collaborate with clinical team members Maintain accurate and timely documentation

REQUIREMENTS

Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) Active Dental license in the State of Maine Experience or interest in rural or community dental care Experience working in community health settings preferred Strong clinical and communication skills Commitment to quality care and patient outcomes Not ready to formally apply?
