Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our amazing dental team. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health and patient satisfaction. Your expertise will help transform smiles while adhering to the highest standards of clinical excellence, infection control, and patient safety. Responsibilities Provide high-quality general dentistry services including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, oral examinations, and diagnostic imaging using medical imaging technology. Develop personalized treatment plans based on accurate dental diagnosis and patient needs while explaining procedures clearly to ensure informed consent. Maintain precise medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations. Utilize dental software systems such as Eaglesoft, for scheduling, charting, billing, and documentation purposes. Follow strict infection control protocols using aseptic techniques to prevent cross-contamination during all procedures. Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry setups to enhance efficiency and patient comfort. Communicate effectively with patients to provide education on oral health maintenance and post-treatment care. Ensure adherence to all healthcare diagnosis standards and dental terminology for accurate treatment delivery. Qualifications Valid state dental license with current credentials to practice dentistry independently. Proven experience in general dentistry with proficiency in dental office procedures and patient care. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy, infection control practices, and healthcare diagnosis standards. Hands-on experience with dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft or Dentrix preferred. Demonstrated ability in performing complex procedures including dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, oral surgery, orthodontics, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation requirements for maintaining confidential patient records. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively about their oral health needs. Pay:
$150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
