We are not a traditional dental office. Our philosophy is centered on looking beyond the tooth and considering the connection between oral health, overall health, airway, function, and quality of life. We take the time to educate our patients, discuss options, and provide individualized care based on their unique needs and goals. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for a dentist who: Is licensed or eligible for licensure in Minnesota Provides excellent, compassionate patient care Enjoys educating patients rather than simply recommending treatment Is interested in biological/holistic dentistry and whole-body health Is open-minded and willing to learn new concepts and techniques Values comprehensive diagnosis and thoughtful treatment planning Communicates well with patients and team members Is comfortable working with patients who may have dental anxiety Wants to continue growing clinically and professionally Is dependable, team-oriented, and genuinely cares about the patient experience Experience in biological dentistry, sedation, implants, airway dentistry, or functional dentistry is a plus, but not required. We are willing to mentor the right dentist who is enthusiastic about learning and developing in these areas.
