Sept 29-30

Hours:

Mon-Thur 7:30a-5:30p, Fri 7:30a-12:30p

Clinical Staff:

1 Hyg, 4 DAs Required procedures: Surgical extractions, Digital dentures, alveo, RCT, Full Mouth extractions Avg patients per day: 7 NP, 15 EP Additional requirements/ info: extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth Responsibilities (can include but may not be limited to): Perform basic surgical procedures Conduct new patient exams and hygiene checks Administer fillings, root canals, extractions, and dentures

Contract Details:

Compensation:

$1200 per day

Overtime Rate:

$225 per hour

Malpractice Insurance:

Provided Travel & Lodging Expenses:

Covered if necessary

Requirements:
