Looking for a dentist with at least 1 year of experience working in a private practice or group practice setting to join our full-time team at a high-volume, comfortable, and family-oriented dental office. The practice is insurance-based (no Medicaid) and has a very large installed base of patients with 60+ new patients added each month. The new dentist position is to support the growth of the practice. You will have the opportunity to work with and collaborate with the existing and founding dentist, who is very supportive of bringing on and mentoring a new Associate. The practice is part of a small, dentist-owned group called Plum Dental. Compensation/Benefits/Partnership Collections-based salary with guaranteed $160,000+ minimum annual compensation for one year after joining the practice.
