We are currently seeking a motivated Associate Dentist — new grad or experienced — to join a practice built on genuine patient relationships and quality care, not volume-driven production. Clinical Scope Comprehensive exams and treatment planning Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges) Endodontic procedures, including root canals and molar endo Simple and surgical extractions Invisalign and orthodontic consultations (a plus, not required) Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program Active Texas dental license in good standing (or actively in the transfer process — still apply) Strong clinical skills across general dentistry scope Genuine interest in patient relationships and long-term care Comfortable working with a team that supports your clinical autonomy New graduates and experienced dentists are both encouraged to apply
