We are not a DSO or corporate dental office. We are an independent private practice where clinical decisions are made within the practice and our focus remains on providing high-quality, personalized patient care. Our practice has a history of serving the Chesterfield community spanning more than 45 years . Today, Greater Richmond Dentistry combines that established presence with modern technology, efficient systems, and a growing patient base. We currently have significant existing demand for endodontic treatment . Our general dentist perform many endodontic procedures in-house while also referring a substantial number of cases to local endodontists. As our patient base continues to grow, we are looking to expand our in-house specialty services and establish a long-term relationship with an Endodontist who shares our commitment to excellent clinical care. Privately owned practice — not a DSO or corporation Significant existing demand for endodontic treatment Established and rapidly growing patient base Existing flow of internally diagnosed endodontic cases Opportunity to provide specialty care within an established general dentistry practice Modern, fully digital clinical environment Experienced clinical support team Collaborative relationship with our general dentists Organized systems and efficient clinical workflows Opportunity to develop a long-term relationship with a growing private practice What You'll Do Diagnose and treat endodontic conditions within the scope of specialty practice Perform nonsurgical root canal therapy and other appropriate endodontic procedures Evaluate complex endodontic cases and determine appropriate treatment Provide endodontic consultations and emergency care when appropriate Collaborate with our general dentist on treatment and restorative planning Provide appropriate postoperative care and follow-up Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation Maintain high standards of patient safety, infection control, and clinical care Practice in accordance with applicable Virginia laws, regulations, and professional standards Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program Completion of an accredited postgraduate Endodontics program Several years of clinical experience practicing Endodontics preferred Current Virginia dental license in good standing Current CPR/BLS certification Appropriate DEA registration, if applicable All required permits, training, credentials, and certifications for sedation services, if sedation will be provided Strong clinical judgment and commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care Excellent communication and collaboration skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Compensation Competitive guaranteed pay with percentage-based earning potential. Final compensation will be based on experience, credentials, and mutually agreed-upon terms.
