Job Description
```Duties```
- Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing operations within the organization
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including performance evaluations and professional development
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient care and ensure efficient operations
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and resident rights
- Conduct regular documentation reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Manage shift schedules and staffing levels to maintain appropriate nurse-to-patient ratios
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Stay up-to-date on current healthcare trends, research, and best practices in nursing ```Skills```
- Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations and reimbursement processes
- Extensive experience as a nurse, with a deep understanding of nursing principles, practices, and procedures
- Solid understanding of human anatomy and physiology
- Proven ability to effectively manage shifts and allocate resources in a nursing home setting
- Excellent documentation review skills with attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of nurses
- Thorough knowledge of HIPAA regulations and the importance of maintaining patient confidentiality

$75,000.00- $85,000.
