```Duties```
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing operations within the organization
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including performance evaluations and professional development
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient care and ensure efficient operations
  • Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and resident rights
  • Conduct regular documentation reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Manage shift schedules and staffing levels to maintain appropriate nurse-to-patient ratios
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
  • Stay up-to-date on current healthcare trends, research, and best practices in nursing ```Skills```
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations and reimbursement processes
  • Extensive experience as a nurse, with a deep understanding of nursing principles, practices, and procedures
  • Solid understanding of human anatomy and physiology
  • Proven ability to effectively manage shifts and allocate resources in a nursing home setting
  • Excellent documentation review skills with attention to detail
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of nurses
  • Thorough knowledge of HIPAA regulations and the importance of maintaining patient confidentiality
