Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to advance nursing practices, educational programs, and organizational goals Manage the department's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while maintaining high standards of care and education Oversee personnel management in education and healthcare settings, including hiring, training, supervision, and performance evaluations for nursing staff Ensure compliance with state-specific education laws, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards across all nursing programs and clinical operations Provide academic leadership by guiding curriculum development, instructional quality, and student success initiatives Lead management efforts by fostering a collaborative team environment that promotes professional growth and accountability Coordinate with administrative directors and executive leadership to align nursing services with organizational objectives Requirements Proven experience in Long Term Care Strong background in management, team leadership, and organizational budget management Extensive knowledge of State Regulations Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and build effective partnerships across departments Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is required; Master's degree or higher in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Education is highly preferred Valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) with current clinical practice experience Pay determined by experience Join us as we shape the future of nursing education and healthcare delivery!
