Our facility is a balance of East meets west with trauma focused modalities and treatment combined with sound healing, meditation, movement and creative arts therapy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to learn, work as a treatment team, be a self starter, professional and Reliable. Accrual toward licensure is offered with weekly supervision. This role involves working closely with clients to develop treatment plans, facilitate group therapy sessions, and ensure compliance with medical records and HIPAA regulations. Duties Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify family dynamics and individual needs. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's circumstances. Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions focusing on behavioral health issues, including PTSD care. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for case management and integrated care approaches. Utilize modalities such as DBT, CBT, narrative, ACT Training in modalities offered Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on client feedback and outcomes. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Valid AMFT or ACSW or equivalent certification. Experience in behavioral health settings preferred, but not required Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients of diverse backgrounds. Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices, particularly in relation to PTSD. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Pay:
