We are seeking a licensed LMFT to support participants involved in an upcoming reality TV project. This is a unique opportunity for a therapist who is comfortable working in a non-traditional environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide participant check-ins and emotional support Monitor overall participant well-being Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries Provide mental health consultation Provide appropriate referrals and recommendations when additional care is needed Help identify situations that may require additional clinical support or intervention Maintain appropriate documentation and professional boundaries Consult with the production team regarding participant wellness while maintaining confidentiality and professional ethics Be available during designated production periods and/or on an as-needed basis

Requirements:

Active California LMFT license Experience providing individual or family therapy Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, discreet, and comfortable working with diverse personalities Comfortable working outside of a traditional clinical setting. Entertainment or reality TV experience is a plus

Pay:

From $3,500.00 per month
