Shift will primarily start at 6:00 AM but may vary slightly based on department needs. Job Summary The Food Service Worker performs food preparation, handling, storage, equipment operation, sanitation, customer service, and related clerical duties. The ideal candidate will maintain high standards of food safety and quality while providing excellent service to patients, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities Prepare food items according to standard production orders and instructions from leadership or the First Cook.

Check and document food temperatures according to HACCP guidelines.

Report any HACCP or food safety concerns to leadership or the First Cook.

Perform proper dishwashing and sanitation procedures.

Assemble food orders accurately and in a timely manner according to requisitions.

Complete inventory tasks and follow proper food and supply storage procedures.

Operate, clean, sanitize, and maintain equipment in the assigned work area.

Follow department policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Adapt to changes in department operations and workflow as needed.

Escalate issues or concerns to leadership appropriately.

Maintain positive customer relations and support quality service.

Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements High School Diploma or GED required.

1 year of food service or storeroom experience preferred.

Strong attention to food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to follow instructions, production standards, and safety procedures.

Must be available to work every other weekend.

Must be able to work on-site in West Hollywood, CA.
