Job Description

Licensed Therapist (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) Lake County, Florida We re hiring a Licensed Therapist (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) in Lake County, Florida who wants meaningful work, a collaborative team environment, and the opportunity to help adults overcome substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. You ll step into an onsite behavioral health role focused on providing individual and family therapy, comprehensive assessments, and treatment planning for adults experiencing substance use disorders and acute mental health needs. You ll work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team in an established addiction treatment program while utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches. You ll practice in Lake County, Florida, a scenic Central Florida community known for its natural springs, lakes, outdoor recreation, and convenient access to both Orlando and Florida's east coast.   • Tuesday Saturday schedule from 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
  • Competitive salary of $70,000 $80,000+ based on experience
  • Primarily individual and family therapy sessions
  • Virtual family sessions conducted through Microsoft Teams

  • You hold an active Florida LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT license
  • You have a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience in Residential Treatment (RTC), Partial Hospitalization (PHP), or Acute Care settings is preferred
  • You are comfortable working with higher-acuity patients, including active psychosis, self-harm, passive suicidal ideation, and active detox patients
  • You have strong crisis intervention, de-escalation, and boundary-setting skills
  • You are experienced with CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and other evidence-based treatment modalities
  • EMDR and/or ART training is preferred Compensation & Benefits
