Maintains community resource contacts; documents in EHR; aligns with agency standards and ethics; performs additional duties as assigned. Qualifications include a relevant bachelor's degree, active Ohio license, 2+ years experience, and knowledge of clinical modalities; must obtain First Aid, CPR, and De-escalation certification within 90 days. Requires valid driver's license, computer skills, organizational abilities, and professionalism. Physical demands include lifting, reaching, and operating a vehicle.
