Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and more. Utilize evidence-based therapies like CBT, psychodynamic, art, and dance/movement therapy. Manage crisis situations effectively to ensure client safety. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support ongoing care. Engage in clinical research to enhance therapeutic outcomes. Qualifications include a relevant degree, licensure, and experience with diverse populations. Strong crisis management skills, knowledge of HIPAA, and teamwork are essential.
