Provide individual, family, and group therapy for adolescents and their families with mental health concerns. Conduct intake assessments, participate in team meetings, crisis intervention, and community education. Experience with DBT is encouraged; training is available. Familiarity with motivational strategies and confronting therapy-interfering behaviors is preferred. Optional opportunities include program development and specialization.
