This position is well suited for a clinician who values flexibility, collaboration, and providing high-quality care to individuals, couples, and families. You'll work in a supportive environment that encourages professional growth, clinical excellence, and meaningful collaboration with other providers. Primary Responsibilities Provide counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and/or groups. Complete intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and stress-related conditions. Collaborate with fellow clinicians and staff to coordinate effective client care. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and peer collaboration. Support a positive, professional, and client-centered clinical environment. Required Qualifications Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.
