Credentialing & Privileging Coordinator InSync Consulting Services is seeking an experienced Credentialing & Privileging Coordinator to support a leading healthcare organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented healthcare professional with experience in provider credentialing, medical staff services, or healthcare administration. Responsibilities Coordinate the credentialing and privileging process for healthcare providers. Review credentialing applications for accuracy and completeness. Verify licenses, certifications, education, work history, and other required documentation. Maintain accurate provider records and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. Communicate with providers, medical staff, and internal departments regarding credentialing requirements and status updates. Monitor credential expiration dates and assist with timely renewals and reappointments. Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive provider information. Utilize Microsoft Office applications and credentialing databases to track and manage documentation. Required Qualifications Associate's degree. Minimum of 3 years of credentialing and/or privileging experience in a healthcare or medical setting. Strong understanding of medical terminology. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word. Ability to read, interpret, and respond to detailed written and verbal instructions. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Proof of current influenza vaccination is required by October 15, 2026 (no exemptions or declinations permitted). Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree. Previous clinical experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Medical Assistant (MA), Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), or similar healthcare role.
