Full Job Description Plastic Surgery & Medical Spa Sales & Administration Job Description:

Midwest Surgical Arts is a premier Plastic Surgery and aesthetic practice located in Naperville, IL, dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and a seamless patient's experience. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Practice Sales Manager, to oversee daily operations, perform aesthetic treatments, and contribute to the clinic's growth through marketing and social media management

Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk operations, including patient scheduling, check-ins, and payments.
• Perform opening and closing duties and manage inventory.
• Coordinate with medical professionals to ensure a seamless patient journey.
• Address patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and discretion.
• Implement strategies to enhance clinic operations and patient's satisfaction.
• Manage and create content for the clinic's social media pages.
• Assist with marketing initiatives to promote clinic services.
• Perform esthetic treatments such as chemical peels, facials, microneedling, IPL and more.

Qualifications:

• Experience in managerial or administrative role, preferably in a medical aesthetic setting.
• Strong leadership, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Canva, Photoshop and other marketing tools.
• Aesthetician license helpful.
