Job Description
Full Time Fitchburg, Worcester The Clinical Supervisor for Transition to Independent Living Services (TIL) works alongside the Director to provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based services. This role oversees service delivery, provides individual and group supervision, supports staff development through coaching and training, ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, and promotes positive client outcomes. The Clinical Supervisor will also provide direct clinical services to young adults in the division. The Clinical Supervisor will participate in interviewing and evaluating potential candidates as well as making employment decisions for the division. The Clinical Supervisor will work within LUK's Electronic Health Records (EHR) system to keep accurate and clinically informed records for youth within placement. This position will be part of LUK's Extended Leadership Team and will participate in LUK's On Call Services.
