Seeking a Family Practice / Internal Medicine physician for an Associate Medical Director opening in Central MA near Fitchburg.
M-F; 40hrs per week schedule.90/10 (Clinical vs Admin)100% outpatient.
Well-respected healthcare system.
Will see approximately 18 ppd (might not always be the case/flexible - Will not start up with that many and will ramp up patient load).Seeking candidates with at least 5-7 years clinic FP/IM experience Leadership experience a plusOversight of Advanced Practitioners; conducts peer reviews, mentors and provides clinical support to the Health TeamEpic EMRCompetitive salary, sign-on bonus, full benefits, eligible for loan repayment.
