Patient Services Coordinator / Medical Receptionist - Chiropractic Office We are a busy, patient-focused chiropractic office seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable team member to join our front desk team at New Market Chiropractic. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being an important part of a positive patient experience in a healthcare setting.
What You'll Do:
Greet and check in patients, creating a welcoming environment Answer phones and assist with new patient scheduling and intake Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow throughout the day Process payments and coordinate with our billing team Communicate with patients via phone, text, and online portal Support both clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth daily operations
What We're Looking For:
Friendly, professional, and dependable Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Experience in a medical office is a plus, but not required
