Responsibilities Greet and check in patients Manage patient records and charting across office software Communicate with patients on scheduling, billing, and treatment status Verify insurance and maintain confidential financial records Support compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and Dental Board standards Qualifications 1+ years of medical or dental front desk experience Insurance verification experience Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable in a fast paced, detail oriented environment
