Clinical Director / Program Director Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and qualified Clinical Supervisor to provide supervision, guidance, and professional development support to clinical interns. The supervisor will help interns develop clinical skills, maintain ethical and professional standards, and integrate academic training with hands-on clinical practice. Key Responsibilities Provide individual and/or group clinical supervision to interns for up to 10 hours per week. Review and discuss interns' clinical cases, treatment planning, documentation, and professional development. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to support interns' clinical growth. Monitor interns' adherence to ethical, legal, and professional standards. Assist interns in developing appropriate clinical skills and maintaining professional boundaries. Collaborate with program leadership and/or academic programs regarding intern progress and performance, as appropriate. Maintain accurate records of supervision and intern progress. Identify areas requiring additional training, support, or remediation. Foster a supportive, culturally responsive, and learningfocused supervision environment. Ensure supervision practices are consistent with applicable licensingboard, agency, and educational requirements. Qualifications Current, unrestricted clinical license appropriate to the field of practice preferrably LICSW Relevant clinical experience and demonstrated competence in providing behavioral health services. Experience supervising interns, trainees, or earlycareer clinicians. Knowledge of applicable ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and clinical documentation practices. Strong communication, organization, mentoring, and interpersonal skills. Ability to provide reliable, professional supervision within the scheduled hours. Compensation $75 per hour, up to 10 hours per week, depending on supervision hours provided. Schedule Flexible part-time schedule of up to 10 hours per week, with scheduling coordinated based on intern needs and program requirements.
