The Position The Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator is a critical part of our orthodontic team . You will be the person who helps families understand their orthodontic diagnosis and treatment options, feel comfortable with their recommended plan, understand their financial options, and ultimately make the decision to move forward with treatment. You'll work closely with our orthodontist and clinical team while building meaningful relationships with patients and parents. This is not simply a front-desk position. We're looking for someone who can confidently communicate the value of orthodontic treatment and guide families through the decision-making process. What You'll Be Responsible For Conducting new patient orthodontic consultations Building relationships with patients and parents Explain orthodontic diagnoses, treatment options, appliances, and timelines Present treatment plans and treatment fees Explain financing and payment options Discuss and help verify orthodontic insurance benefits Follow up with patients who have not yet started treatment Coordinate closely with the orthodontist and clinical team Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation Provide an outstanding patient experience from consultation through treatment completion Who We're Looking For Previous orthodontic treatment coordination experience is highly desired. We would love to find someone who already understands orthodontics and can step into the role with confidence.

Experienced in orthodontics or dentistry Confident discussing treatment and financial arrangements Warm, personable, and genuinely enjoys working with families An excellent communicator Organized and detail-oriented Motivated and self-directed Comfortable with technology Able to learn quickly Professional but fun and energetic A strong team player Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do Someone looking for a long-term career opportunity , not just another job Preferred Experience Strongly preferred: Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator experience Dental Treatment Coordinator experience Dental front-office experience Experience presenting orthodontic treatment plans Experience discussing dental/orthodontic insurance Experience with orthodontic financing Preferred but NOT required: RDA certification Dental X-ray certification Experience taking dental radiographs iTero or other intraoral scanning experience We are willing to train the right person.
