Job Description
At Morton Dental Group, we do dentistry differently. We are building a premier, relationship-driven dental organization focused on exceptional patient experiences, operational excellence, professionalism, leadership, and long-term success for our team. Our vision is to raise the standard for private practice dentistry across Middle Tennessee by creating an environment where both patients and team members genuinely thrive. Joining Morton Dental Group is not equivalent to "just taking a job." We are intentionally building an elite, growth-minded team of professionals who care deeply about patient care, teamwork, accountability, leadership, and operational excellence. Our offices are modern, high-tech, fast-paced, and designed not only for excellent patient experiences, but also to help our team succeed operationally and professionally every day. This is NOT a traditional front desk position. We're looking for a highly organized, business-minded Patient Care Coordinator who understands that exceptional patient care and practice growth go hand-in-hand. At Morton Dental Group, our Patient Care Coordinators do much more than answer phones and check patients in. They are responsible for helping keep provider schedules productive, supporting treatment acceptance, maintaining patient relationships, and ensuring patients receive the care they need when they need it. If you're someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, staying organized, and taking ownership of results, we'd love to meet you. What Success Looks Like Our best
