Greet and assist anyone who enters the clinic Check patients in and out for their scheduled appointments Verify patient insurance benefits Collect and post payments to the patient accounts Update insurance information and personal data in the patient charts Follow scheduling guidelines for our clinics both locally and in outlying area Prepare charts for upcoming appointments Maintain inventory of office forms and supplies Work closely with clinicians and other support staff to ensure that our patient's needs are met Arrange for package pickup and delivery services Helping in other areas of the office as needed
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously Empathetic Emotional intelligence Flexibility Telephone skills Customer service Effective organizational and time management skills Attention to detail Professionalism Proficient in the use of computers and related software such as Microsoft Office Good communication skills-verbal and written 40 to 50 wpm typing skills Spanish speaking a plus
Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
