Hello! We are looking to hire a dedicated Doctor's Assistant / Patient Care Coordinator for our Sugar Land Clinic. We are a very busy Physical Therapy Center that focuses on spinal and extremity rehabilitation. We need to add an energetic and friendly team member, with an excellent customer service oriented outgoing personality, to work as the Doctor's Assistant and Patient Care Coordinator. You must be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, compassionate, and enjoy working with patients.

Expected Job Duties:

• Managing the Doctor's schedule
• Helping to coordinate patient care
• Rooming Patients
• Taking Initial Histories & Vitals
• Scheduling Patients and Visit Prep
• Answering calls and addressing patient care issues & scheduling
• Referral and EMR chart maintenance, gathering diagnostic and doctor referral records

Mandatory Requirements :

• Front Office experience
• Experience Rooming Patients

• Experience Taking Vitals and Initial Histories Preferred Requirements:

• MA / Front medical office experience preferred, & any additional necessary training will be provided.
