Job Description

A busy, laser practice in Westlake is seeking a full-time Laser Coordinator to join our team. This hybrid role combines administrative support with hands-on assistance in laser and energy-based treatments. You will help manage the flow of our growing laser program while serving as a key point of contact for patients.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries (phone, email, and online) Schedule consultations, laser treatments, and follow-up appointments Manage social media content and engagement related to our laser services Take high-quality before-and-after patient photos Assist providers during laser procedures (room setup, patient positioning, documentation) Maintain accurate medical records and treatment notes in our practice software Coordinate scheduling and records Help with inventory, supplies, and treatment-room readiness Support additional administrative and clinical tasks as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in an aesthetic, medical spa, or plastic surgery setting preferred Comfort working with lasers/energy-based devices (training provided) Strong computer skills and familiarity with practice-management software Excellent written and verbal communication Professional, polished presence for both in-person and social media interactions Reliability, organization, and a calm, patient-centered approach Ability to take clear, consistent clinical photographs This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of patient-facing, technical, and administrative work in a high-end aesthetic environment. You will be an important part of the patient experience from first inquiry through treatment and follow-up.
Pay:
From $22.00 per hour
