Job Description

TLC Skilled Care, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and dependable Healthcare Compliance & Office Coordinator to join our team in North Palm Beach. We provide ABA therapy and in-home support services to children and adults with developmental disabilities. This position is ideal for someone who pays close attention to details, enjoys creating order, and follows tasks through to completion. The right person will help keep our client records, employee files, service documentation, and compliance requirements organized and up to date.
Responsibilities:
Review service notes, timesheets, and other documentation for completeness and accuracy Identify missing signatures, incorrect dates, incomplete fields, and other documentation concerns Maintain organized electronic and paper client and employee files Track authorizations, certifications, licenses, background screenings, training requirements, and expiration dates Follow up with employees regarding missing or overdue documentation Assist with internal compliance reviews and preparation for audits Maintain spreadsheets, compliance trackers, checklists, and reports Help ensure company procedures and documentation requirements are followed Assist with credentialing, onboarding documents, and general office organization Communicate professionally with staff, families, providers, and insurance representatives Protect confidential information and follow HIPAA requirements Provide additional administrative support when needed
Qualifications:
Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Dependable, professional, and able to follow through without constant reminders Comfortable holding staff accountable for required paperwork and deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and electronic record systems Ability to manage several priorities while meeting deadlines High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in healthcare administration, Medicaid compliance, ABA services, home healthcare, credentialing, or medical records is strongly preferred

Position Details:
Full-time Monday through Friday In-person position in North Palm Beach, Florida Compensation based on experience
