Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Taking Vital Signs and reporting changes to appropriate persons Assist residents with basic healthcare needs. Assist with the administration of Self-Administered medications and complete documentation. Documenting and reporting pertinent observations and report changes in health status Identification and reporting of Special Incidents Maintaining quality by following policies and procedures Maintaining personal health and sanitation standards Assisting with or instituting emergency measures for sudden adverse events Responsible for light cleaning, cooking, and laundry Engage residents in variation leisure activities Driving vehicle to either doctor appointments and/or errands assigned by Administrator Performing other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

) High school diploma or equivalent combination of education required Completion of You Are Why training program and certificate Direct Support Professional Training (1 and 2) must be completed within one year from hired date.
