As a DSP, you will work one-on-one with a client — helping them get out, pursue their goals, and live the way they choose. No two days are the same. No warehouse. No cubicle. Real work that matters.

$20/hr starting pay — competitive for San Diego $300 sign-on bonus — paid automatically at 90 days, disbursed across months 4 and 5 of employment.
