We are looking for someone who takes pride in providing quality care, communicates well with clients and families, and can help individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. What We Offer Competitive pay of $20.00 to $21.00 per hour Flexible scheduling Full-time and part-time opportunities Paid sick leave Paid vacation for eligible employees Consistent support from our local office team Opportunities to pick up additional shifts A professional, supportive work environment Ongoing training and caregiver development What You'll Do As a caregiver with Affordable Home Care LLC, you may assist clients with: Personal care and activities of daily living Bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance Meal preparation Light housekeeping and laundry Grocery shopping and errands Companionship and social engagement Assistance with daily routines and household activities Supporting client independence and personal goals Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition Communicating professionally with clients, families, and agency staff Completing required service documentation Following the client's Plan of Care and agency procedures Protecting client privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA requirements What We're Looking For Bilingual Spanish and English required High school diploma or equivalent Valid state-issued identification At least one year of caregiving experience preferred Reliable transportation to client homes Dependable attendance and punctuality Compassionate and respectful approach to care Strong communication skills Ability to work independently in a client's home Basic cooking and household skills Ability to follow a Plan of Care and agency procedures Professionalism and respect for client confidentiality Candidates must successfully complete all required pre-employment screening, including applicable background checks, drug screening, and registry clearances.
