Qualifications Prior experience in acute care settings such as Level I or Level II trauma centers, PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit), or emergency medicine is highly desirable. Demonstrated knowledge of hospital medicine, medical-surgical nursing, geriatrics, or outpatient clinic environments. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is required. Familiarity with medical terminology, electronic health records (EHR) management, and medical equipment operation is essential. Proven ability to work effectively with geriatric patients and those requiring post-acute or sub-acute care services. Strong understanding of patient safety principles, infection control practices, and manual handling techniques. Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams in teaching hospital or outpatient settings.
