What You'll Do:
As a DSP, you'll support an individual in their home and community. No two days look exactly the same — but your impact is clear.
You May:
Provide Person Centered Supports tailored to the individual needs (including Activities of Daily Living, behavioral supports, coaching and skill-building) Assist with transportation to various activities and medical appointments Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming living environments (including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation). Teach valuable skills—from financial management to communication. Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy. Accurately document care and daily activities Assist with meal planning, grocery shopping Support budgeting house cash Coordinate medical appointments, medication ordering/pick up Assist with monthly paperwork
What We're Looking For:
1 Year of experience as a DSP or similar Compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn 18 years or older A valid US driver's license, reliable transportation with insurance. Ability to pass a background check through DHS Summary of available
