About the Position As a Rehabilitation Support Worker, you'll work one-on-one and in group settings to support clients in their recovery journey. You'll help individuals develop daily living skills, connect with community resources, and overcome barriers while fostering independence and personal growth. Schedule Full-Time Positions Available Choose the schedule that works best for you: Five 8-hour shifts per week or Four 10-hour shifts per week What You'll Do Provide encouragement, coaching, and direct support to individuals in recovery Assist clients with daily living skills, including shopping, budgeting, meal planning, and personal wellness Transport clients to appointments, community activities, and other essential services Facilitate and participate in therapeutic groups and wellness activities Work collaboratively with Case Managers, Therapists, and other members of the treatment team Complete documentation and maintain accurate service records Create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment that promotes recovery and independence Qualifications High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, dependable, and professional Ability to work independently and as part of a team A passion for helping others succeed Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid Time Off Paid Sick Leave Milage Reimbursement Casual dress code Join Our Team At Winds of Change, we believe recovery is possible, and our employees make that happen every day.
