Why You'll Love Working With Us Competitive hourly pay based on experience Flexible scheduling: full-time, part-time, weekends, and overnights available Paid training and ongoing caregiver support Supportive management and great work environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Rewarding, meaningful work that truly makes a difference Your Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting) Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry Provide mobility support and medication reminders Offer companionship and emotional support Monitor client's condition and report any changes to supervisor Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentation Requirements Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide (HHA), Direct Care Worker, or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) preferred — but not required Current CPR Certification (required) 2-Step TB Test (required) Recent Physical Examination (required) Must pass criminal background checks and any state-required clearances Reliable transportation to and from client homes Positive attitude, dependability, and a passion for helping others Schedule Options overnight shifts available Weekday and weekend opportunities Full-time and part-time positions
