Duties Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Support medication administration following home healthcare regulations and ensuring patient safety; assist with medication reminders as prescribed. Help with household tasks such as light cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and ensuring a safe and clean environment. Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and healthcare teams to coordinate care plans and report any changes in condition promptly. Qualifications Proven experience working as a Home Health Aide, Private Duty, or in assisted living/nursing home settings. Knowledge of medical terminology, patient care techniques, and home health care regulations Certification in First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS), including CPR; ability to respond quickly to emergencies. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and use patient transfer devices; physically capable of supporting mobility needs. Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality per HIPAA standards.
